We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Transformation Specialist to join our team at 1000heads. As a key member of our Client Services and Community Management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients.
As a Social Media Transformation Specialist, you will work closely with our team to create and manage social media content, develop and execute social media campaigns, and analyze and report on social media performance. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, brainstorming and ideating with the team, and participating in meetings and calls.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients
- Create and manage social media content, including posts, tweets, and Instagram stories
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships and paid advertising
- Analyze and report on social media performance, including metrics such as engagement rates and follower growth
- Communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis, including responding to comments and messages
- Brainstorm and ideate with the team to develop new social media ideas and strategies
- Participate in meetings and calls with clients and internal teams
- Passionate and knowledgeable about social media, including current trends and best practices
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools
- Self-starter with initiative and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Research skills and ability to analyze and interpret data
