About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our specialist school, providing a high-quality, therapeutic approach for students with SEMH and SEND. The successful candidate will support decision-making and problem-solving, working closely with a team of school leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support decision-making and problem-solving
- Work closely with a team of school leaders in similar settings
- Liaise with agencies to help with recruitment and supply requirements
- Teach a subject specialism to GCSE or equivalent vocational level
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven record of good or outstanding teaching practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to teach a subject specialism
- Strong desire to work inclusively within an emotionally literate environment
