Children's Home Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new Children's Home in Westbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to up to three children aged 8-18 with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in residential childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. The Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, as well as company policies and procedures, will be adhered to. The successful candidate will be passionate about improving the life outcomes for vulnerable young people and have experience in supervising, guiding, and supporting staff. The responsibilities of the role include managing budgets, completing detailed reports, and organizing care plans. The successful candidate will be capable of supporting children with varying needs and have a passion for delivering high-quality care.
