Salary: Up to £71,000 package + 30% bonus + Outstanding benefits

At SEND Inclusion Support, we work in partnership with leading providers of Education and Care to children and young people across the UK. As a Registered Children's Home Manager, your role will be to ensure that the home environment provides the necessary support, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals.
Our shared goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes for those in care. This success is made possible through comprehensive approaches, addressing every facet of young people's developmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations within the home and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards
* Actively participate in new referrals
* Contribute to a home within the UK's leading provider of specialised education and care
Benefits:

* Annual bonus of 6% of your salary
* £250 per weekend on-call (approximately 8 times a year)
* Attendance allowance of up to £1,400 per year
* Long-term incentive bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary

Requirements:
* Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home
* Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
* Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months
