As a Registered Manager at Core Group, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and supportive environment for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. With a focus on holistic care and development, you will work closely with our team to provide the best possible outcomes for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents.
  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational development.
  • Work closely with Ofsted to ensure the home meets the highest standards of care and management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a comprehensive support network for young people and their families.

Requirements:
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
  • A full UK driving license, held for at least 12 months.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young people.
