As a Registered Manager with Core Group, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our holistic approach focuses on every aspect of their developmental needs, creating a supportive environment that fosters growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our children's home, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our young people.
  • Lead a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with our Ofsted team to maintain a Good or Outstanding rating, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our young people, families, and external agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance our services.

  • A competitive salary range of £52,093 - £64,827, plus a 30% bonus accrued annually.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
  • A Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • A full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months.
