We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childrens Home Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Childrens Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a residential service, ensuring the well-being of the children and young people in your care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the residential service, including budget management, recruitment, referrals, and staff management.
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards and maintains a high level of therapeutic care and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the service and achieve outstanding results.
- 3 years experience managing a Childrens Residential Service to a good or outstanding standard.
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Childrens Services).
- NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Residential Services.
- Up to £49,200 salary, plus up to 30% annual bonus.
- Outstanding benefits package, including 7 weeks annual leave, flexible working hours, and company sick pay scheme.
