The role of Charity Governance Associate is to provide support exclusively to charities and not-for-profit organisations. As a member of Russell-Cooke's Charity and Not for Profit team, you will be working with a leading charity practice, highly rated by both Legal 500 and Chambers.
We are looking for an associate (approximately 2-4 years PQE) to join our team, providing advice on charity governance and commercial matters. This broad and varied role will include setting up new charities, drafting and amending governing documents, providing advice on company and charity law, assisting with charity mergers or incorporations, and advising on commercial contracts.
As a Charity Governance Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most prominent household name charities as well as numerous medium-sized and start-up charities, individual philanthropists and corporate foundations.
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer competitive salaries and generous benefits, including a comprehensive training programme to support your development and progression.
