Our client, a pioneering education charity based in NW London, is seeking an experienced professional to join their Board as a Company Secretary and named Trustee for Governance and Law. The successful candidate will bring invaluable insight into charity law, Charity Commission legal regulations, and best practice.

This rewarding role presents a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for governance and compliance to contribute to the growth and development of a dynamic organisation that supports young people who self-exclude from school due to bullying or trauma. With over 20 years of experience delivering services in NW London, our client has established a reputation for providing high-quality academic and therapeutic programs, enabling students to reconnect with society.

As a member of the Board, you will play a vital role in ensuring the charity's continued success by overseeing its management, finances, and strategic direction. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the charity's solvency, legal compliance, and alignment with its charitable objectives.
