Russell-Cooke LLP is seeking a Building and Charity Law Specialist to join its Charity and Not for Profit team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-4 years PQE and a strong interest in charity law and commercial matters.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a leading charity practice, advising clients on charity governance and commercial matters. The work will be varied and challenging, involving setting up new charities, drafting and amending governing documents, providing advice on company and charity law, and assisting with charity mergers or incorporations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including household name charities, medium-sized and start-up charities, individual philanthropists and corporate foundations. The salary for this role is estimated at £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
