Job Description: Charity Governance Specialist

At ParaPride, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Board of Trustees as a Charity Governance Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of the LGBTQ+ community.

The Charity Governance Specialist will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to the charity, working closely with the Chief Executive and other trustees to achieve our charitable objectives. This will include developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the charity
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures

  • Work closely with the Chief Executive and other trustees to achieve charitable objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
