We are seeking a Digital Engagement Lead to join our Communications team, reporting to the Communications Manager within the People and Culture Directorate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, commission, and create digital content that supports internal and external engagement and helps build a strong storytelling culture as part of our People Strategy.
  • Build and manage a digital content library that feeds into internal and external communications activities, including the intranet, website, social media, print journal, newsletter, and recruitment.
  • Generate content through site visits, joining operational teams, and maintaining strong working relations with colleagues from across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organisation's operations, values, and goals to create engaging and relevant content.
Requirements
  • High interpersonal skills and high literacy.
  • DSLR photography and video editing skills.
  • Desktop publishing skills, with Adobe InDesign training available.
  • Familiarity with using WYSIWYG web interfaces for editing and content management.
  • Driving licence (desirable, not essential).
  • Bachelor-level graduate qualification that demonstrates high literacy.
