Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at The Digital Recruitment Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of large-scale digital change initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, shaping, and management of complex digital transformation projects, utilizing agile methodologies to drive delivery and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement digital transformation strategies, aligning with business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage complex supplier relationships, negotiating and influencing to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital transformation leadership, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Agile project management expertise, with a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present at board level and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Highly proficient in risk, resource, and cost/benefit management, with a strong understanding of digital transformation principles.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare insurance market is advantageous, but not essential.
