Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Director to lead our Digital Transformation initiatives. As a key member of our Transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of large-scale change projects, leveraging agile methodologies to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Digital transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project outcomes, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale Digital transformation projects, leveraging agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including change management, process improvement, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare insurance market is an advantage, but not essential.
