Job Summary
The Digital Recruitment Company is seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of large-scale digital change initiatives, leveraging agile methodologies to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, shaping, and management of complex digital change initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver strategic outcomes
- Partner with senior leaders to drive business transformation and growth
- Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders
- Manage complex supplier relationships and negotiate with resource managers
- Act as an Agile Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master to drive team performance and efficiency
- Ensure effective working relationships with colleagues across the company and with third parties
Requirements
- Senior delivery lead professional with experience in corporate projects (digital and customer)
- Agile project management expertise and experience in managing large-scale digital projects
- Track record of partnering with product/IT teams and driving business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including gravitas to present at board level
- Tenacious approach to problem-solving and highly proficient in risk, resource, and cost/benefit management
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with knowledge of the healthcare insurance market an advantage
