Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at The Digital Recruitment Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of large-scale digital change initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, shaping, and management of complex digital change initiatives
  • Manage delivery teams in a matrix approach, negotiating and influencing with resource managers
  • Partner with Heads of Change & Transformation Delivery to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Support change across multiple teams and varying team maturities and methodologies
  • Act as Agile Release Train Engineer / Scrum Master to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders
  • Manage complex supplier relationships and engage with senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Senior Delivery Lead professional with experience in corporate projects (Digital and Customer)
  • Agile project management expertise essential
  • Previous experience of managing large-scale digital projects
  • Track record of partnering with Product / IT teams
  • Continuous Improvement backlog management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with gravitas to present at Board level
  • Tenacious approach to problem solving
  • Highly proficient in risk, resource, and cost/benefit management
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare Insurance market is advantageous, but not essential
