Adult Social Care Professional

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work with adults with autism and Downs syndrome, supporting them to lead fulfilling lives. As a member of our team in Tonbridge, Kent, you will be part of a close-knit community that values individuality and promotes independence.
We seek a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team, someone who shares our passion for social care and is committed to making a positive impact on people's lives. While prior experience is not essential, we offer a comprehensive training programme to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Support daily routines, including meal preparation and personal care.
- Encourage social interactions and build relationships with family and friends.
- Assist with financial management and budgeting.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
You will work closely with colleagues to create tailored support plans, enabling individuals to participate in their communities and engage in everyday activities. Our service has good public transport links to the town centre and train station, making it easily accessible by bus (approximately 15 minutes). You will have the opportunity to work in a local community with various amenities, including grocery shops, chemists, and a post office, as well as a nearby park.
