We are looking for a Care Professional to join our team at The Avenues Group in Tonbridge, Kent. As a Female Support Worker, you will work with adults who have learning disabilities, Down syndrome, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Epilepsy and Cerebral Palsy.

">">Our ideal candidate will have experience in social care or a related field, although training is provided for the right person. You will be working full-time hours, with the option for part-time positions available. A UK manual driving license is required due to the service having a vehicle that successful applicants need to be willing to drive.

No two days are the same, but your day might look like this:

  • Supporting individuals with all-day-to-day living activities, including making use of their community and beyond.
  • Supporting individuals with social activities and connecting them with family and friends.
  • Managing finances.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and going shopping.
  • Providing personal care.
