A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Rehabilitation Care Professional at Jobit, a leading healthcare provider. This Band 6 Occupational Therapist role offers a salary range of £37,330 - £44,960 and an exceptional package of benefits.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will have 2 years' experience in neurology, specialist rehabilitation, or complex care settings. In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and develop personalized care plans.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and manage a caseload of patients with acquired neurological conditions, providing evidence-based therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with community professionals and equipment providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Report to the Clinical Lead for Physiotherapy and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 2 years' experience in neurology, specialist rehabilitation, or complex care settings.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy (or equivalent) with RCOT and HCPC registration.
- Proven skills in using assessment tools and delivering outcome-based therapy.
