Strategic EPRR Lead for NHS Sussex ICB

We are seeking an experienced Strategic EPRR Lead to join our team, who will be responsible for managing all aspects of Emergency Preparedness, Resilience, and Response within the NHS, with a focus on training and exercising, as well as business continuity program delivery.
As a key member of our EPRR team, you will provide support to the Deputy Head of EPRR, ensuring the delivery of EPRR work streams and programs of work.
You will work closely with managers and staff across the Integrated Care Board and wider Integrated Care System to ensure a robust and resilient NHS response to any incident or event.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in EPRR, ideally within the NHS, and possess a strong understanding of healthcare policy and its implications on engagement.
They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex facts and situations, and develop a range of options.
A Master's degree or equivalent level of experience in a specialist area is essential, along with evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
