Healthcare Services Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Healthcare Services Manager to join our team at NHS Sussex ICB. As a member of our Planned Care Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of acute programs and services.
Key Responsibilities- Support Senior Managers and Heads of Planned Care in the commissioning and transformation of pathways and services, as well as managing provider and system performance, relevant contracts, and improvement programs.
- Manage business support functions within Acute Services, including developing and managing teams' business plans, progress, and reporting risk and issue management.
- Oversee corporate business returns, including planning and workforce returns.
- Develop and implement content management systems to ensure information is properly managed and best practices are shared across the team, directorate, and the wider NHS organization.
- Take the lead in coordinating training & development and recruitment activities across the Team.
- Oversight and management of all aspects of the Team-managed provider budget.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Negotiable based on experience
