Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding quality-based patient-centred care, ensuring personalized and informed care based on patient feedback.
  • Focus on providing a safe and secure medicines management service, maintaining patient medical records to the agreed standard, and following standard operating procedures.
  • Analyse cost-effective prescribing in accordance with our unique health in justice medicines policy.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 or above, BTEC, or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Up-to-date Continual Professional Development (CPD) and relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience.
  • General GCSE education or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures.
