About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Clinic Manager to join our team at Croft Veterinary Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients and providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Collaborate closely with our clinical and support teams to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of finance management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the practice meets its financial targets.
  • Human Resources: Partner with our Talent Team to recruit, onboard, and develop clinical staff, ensuring they meet expected standards and contribute to the practice's success.
  • Clinical Standards: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintain high standards of patient care, and facilitate referrals within the IVC network.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with our leadership team to plan and promote events, manage our website and social media presence, and explore new ways to enhance our services to clients.
