Social Work Team Leader:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of social workers, personal advisors, and education advisors
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Work collaboratively with partners to deliver joint services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
