Job Description:

As a Senior Support Worker with Cheshire East Council, you will play a vital role in delivering our Occupational Opportunities service. This includes socially-inclusive outdoor conservation and horticultural projects for adults with mental health conditions, drug and alcohol dependency, and learning disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  2. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking the initiative to deliver excellent outcomes.

A competitive salary of £26,500 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.

Working Hours:

The postholder will work Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required to accommodate various locations. Induction and training relevant to supporting adults will be provided to ensure success in this role.
