Homes for Support is a strong and well-structured team of childcare professionals providing therapeutic residential care to children and young people ages 7 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities.

To give you the best possible support and experience as a member of our team, our two to six-bedroom Residential Children's Homes are close to our Head Office and in-house Training venue in Cheshire.

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled Children's Team Leader to lead a team of professionals in providing daily care to looked after children (LAC) living in a group environment, ensuring the Home is clean, hygienic and well-equipped;
  • The successful candidate will support the development of life skills, including building and sustaining positive relationships and independence skills such as positive behaviours, budgeting, shopping, and cooking;
  • The role involves supervising a team of childcare professionals; and representing Homes for Support and advocating for children in our partnership with professionals and families.
Salary and Benefits:
