About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who missed out on college or wants to gain practical experience in an office setting. As the Operations Assistant, you will be a key team member, responsible for upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction, assisting with employee development and retention, and ensuring the team stays on course with their day-to-day objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Coordination:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, including scheduling speakers, preparing materials, and promoting events.
- Track deadlines and deliverables to support project management.
- Data Management:
- Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes.
- Liaise between departments to resolve operational issues.
- $18-$20 per hour (based on experience). This is firm.
- Incentives/Bonuses based on continuous Sales and Revenue growth.
- Earn weekly accrued PTO.
- Paid holiday days.
- Retirement 401K matching contributions, once eligible.
