Parts Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Parts Administrator to join our team at EasyWeb Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing and ordering parts, maintaining accurate logs on our system, and conducting health and safety checks.
About the Role:
In this varied and hands-on role, you will work closely with our engineers to ensure that all stock inventory is up-to-date and that new stock is ordered based on their requirements. You will also provide insights into the equipment being used and conduct regular health and safety checks, including ladder inspections, PAT testing, and fire alarm checks.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, purchasing and ordering parts
- Maintaining accurate logs on our system
- Conducting health and safety checks
- Providing insights into equipment usage
- Monitoring van inspections
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need prior administrative experience, preferably in a similar industry. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, and training opportunities.
