We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to join our Electrical Engineering (Power) team at BAE Systems. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing engineering staff or business partnerships/sub-contracts and ensuring all engineering activities are undertaken in line with the Operational Framework.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include chartership or working towards, an engineering degree or equivalent experience, and experience in power systems modeling, switchgear, protection, and power electronics.
