About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Human Factors Engineer to join our team in Coventry, where you will play a crucial role in designing and optimising user interfaces for our submarine systems.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Factors or a related field and experience with mentoring and coaching others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and working on complex engineering projects is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding operator tasks, identifying design issues, and leading changes to improve operability. You will also analyse workload and situation awareness, plan and conduct user trials, and develop Human Computer Interaction (HCI) solutions.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
