About the Role
This Leadership position will involve overseeing a multidisciplinary team of social care professionals within the Mental Health team. As a Strategic Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing team performance effectively, creating cost-efficient packages of care, and serving as an SME and point of support for junior managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary team of social care professionals within the Mental Health team.
* Provide strategic management oversight of services operating within the Local Authority.
* Create cost-efficient packages of care.
* Serve as an SME and point of support for junior managers.
* Manage team performance effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will have experience managing teams in adult social care, a good understanding of the Care Act and MCA, and a background in AMHP, Social work, or Occupational Therapy. A strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
