Ward Sister Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Sister to lead our Starlight Ward team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, managing staff performance, and contributing to the development of our ward's policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric care, with experience in leadership roles and teaching. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
