Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious Social Care Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being, dignity, and choices of our residents are always prioritised.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee social care delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practices
- Manage and develop your team, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive culture
- Ensure audits, safeguarding, health and safety investigations, and escalated concerns are handled efficiently

Requirements
- A minimum level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a care setting, ideally with exposure to dementia care
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

Benefits
- Competitive salary: £57,388 per annum
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, 12-month FTC maternity leave cover
