What You'll Do:

Wellbeing and Activities Assistant

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging activities programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This may include organizing events, arranging outings, and developing relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of resident needs and develop personalized activity plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver stimulating activities and programs.
  • Build relationships with residents and families to gather life story information and ensure care plans and activities are developed and updated accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain community links to facilitate trips and excursions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
