As a Wellbeing and Engagement Assistant, your primary responsibilities will involve:

  • Supporting the delivery of a varied activities programme that promotes mental and physical stimulation.
  • Working closely with care staff and families to develop and implement individualised activity plans.
  • Engaging with residents to build relationships and gather life story information.
  • Assisting in organising community events and outings.
  • Contribute to the development of our Magic Moments initiatives.
