Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Wellbeing Programme Coordinator to support our residents in leading fulfilling lives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating personalised activity programmes that cater to the interests and needs of our residents.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for getting to know our residents and their families, assessing their needs, and developing community links to provide stimulating activities outside the home. Your time will be spent delivering group and 1-to-1 activities, building relationships with residents and families, and updating care plans accordingly.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver group and 1-to-1 activities to residents, promoting independence and lifestyle opportunities
  • Build relationships with residents and families to gather life story information and update care plans
  • Develop community links and arrange trips and excursions to involve residents in activities outside the home
  • Create personalised activities that engage residents and reflect their interests and hobbies

Requirements
  • Confidently deliver activities and engage with residents
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with residents and families
  • A genuine interest in promoting independence and lifestyle opportunities for the elderly
  • Energetic and hard-working with basic IT skills
