About the Role

We are looking for multiple Sales Development Representatives to join our team at IRIS Software Group. As a key player in driving business growth, you will generate leads, qualify prospects, and initiate sales conversations.

Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media, as well as working closely with our sales team to develop effective prospecting strategies and campaigns.

This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and be able to build rapport with prospects.

In return, we offer a competitive estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
