Sales Growth Specialist

We are offering a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, plus an uncapped bonus scheme. This role is office-based and requires a strong understanding of the sales cycle.

About the Role:
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive business growth.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  1. Foster strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including contact details and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £42,500.00 per year
