A rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading private investment fund in their real estate department, overseeing asset improvement strategies.

As an Assistant Project Manager FM/PFI/SPV with Michael Page Property & Construction, you will assist and support the overall asset improvement strategy. You will act as a liaison between the investment company, end client, and contractors on site, ensuring projects are delivered as per contract.

This is a site-based role requiring a minimum of 4 days on-site work. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in maintenance/refurbishment, a solid understanding of construction/FM/PFI contracts, and ideally experience working in a client-side or service provider role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring contractor performance, health & safety, and compliance audits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the performance of, and liaising with, the FM Contractor and other project sub-contractors.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety and other statutory and contractual compliance obligations of the project company/companies and sub-contract supply chain.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
