Castles & Coasts Housing Association Limited is a leading provider of housing services in the North West of England. We are currently seeking a Property Surveyor to join our Asset Management Team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £33,834-£36,395 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of housing assets and providing professional surveying services to ensure the quality and safety of our properties. To succeed in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent qualification in a construction discipline and experience working in the social housing sector. Strong communication skills and knowledge of health and safety legislation are also essential.
