About the Role
  • Audit and report on compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Interface with public sector client representatives.

A degree in construction/Facilities Management or relevant experience in PFI backgrounds is required. Additionally, experience in delivery of maintenance/refurbishment projects, commercial/financial awareness, and understanding of risk management processes are key attributes.
