About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Pathfinder Business Solutions Ltd as a Business Development Manager, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at events, shows, and networking meetings to build relationships with financial planners and IFAs.
  • Expand the company's reach deeper into the IFA market by promoting the MPS and wider product range.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build new business relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales and account management team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's sales and marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an IFA-facing sales position, preferably with experience of working with financial planners or having been one yourself.
  • Strong network of IFAs to call upon and the ability to communicate effectively with them about MPS and investment tools.
  • Able to demonstrate a history of relevant sales growth success, winning new business and developing existing customer relationships.
  • Based in the South of England.

What We Offer:

  • Negotiable salary of between £75k and £90k, depending on experience and proposition.
  • Uncapped bonus estimated to be circa £40k.
  • Shares in the company.
  • Generous holiday allowance.
