**Job Summary**
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive our day-to-day sales activities, helping spread the word about our agency's offering and engaging with potential clients. You will work across multiple sectors, including e-commerce, finance, travel, and technology.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve commercial growth.
- Contribute to the new business pipeline via outbound, inbound, and referral sales channels.
- Participate in marketing and sales research to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Attend industry events to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
**Requirements**
- Experience in B2B sales environment with a track record of generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent knowledge of lead generation and outreach techniques across various channels and platforms.
- Digital agency experience with an understanding of digital services such as SEO, PPC, Paid, and Content.
- Great interpersonal skills to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills backed by experienced participation in prospect meetings.
- Experience producing and presenting relevant information as part of the sales process.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
**What We Offer**
- Basic salary up to £40,000.
- Additional £10,000 On Target Earnings.
- Company-wide bonus scheme.

- 23 days annual leave, plus bank holiday and birthday off.
