**Job Summary**

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive our day-to-day sales activities, helping spread the word about our agency's offering and engaging with potential clients. You will work across multiple sectors, including e-commerce, finance, travel, and technology.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve commercial growth.
  • Contribute to the new business pipeline via outbound, inbound, and referral sales channels.
  • Participate in marketing and sales research to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Attend industry events to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in B2B sales environment with a track record of generating new business opportunities.
  • Excellent knowledge of lead generation and outreach techniques across various channels and platforms.
  • Digital agency experience with an understanding of digital services such as SEO, PPC, Paid, and Content.
  • Great interpersonal skills to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills backed by experienced participation in prospect meetings.
  • Experience producing and presenting relevant information as part of the sales process.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.

**What We Offer**

  • Basic salary up to £40,000.
  • Additional £10,000 On Target Earnings.
