About the Role
The Director of Client Relations and Growth will oversee key aspects of client success, including team management, resource allocation, and client satisfaction. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring seamless project execution. Additionally, the successful candidate will improve operational processes and maintain effective communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • LEAD HIGH-PERFORMING CLIENT RELATIONS TEAMS
  • OPTIMISE RESOURCE ALLOCATION FOR CLIENT SUCCESS
  • MONITOR AND ENHANCE CLIENT SATISFACTION
  • COLLABRATE WITH SENIOR LEADERSHIP ON BUSINESS STRATEGY
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR SERVICE GROWTH
  • Oversight of Project Management Processes
  • ONGOING PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND RISK MANAGEMENT
