NMD Marketing is seeking a Client Relations Director to oversee key client relationships and drive business growth.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and presenting digital marketing strategies on paid social and email, aligned with client objectives. You will also act as the primary contact for key clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the agency's growth.
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners to drive lead generation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or strategy, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads campaign management and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and present strategies with confidence.
