We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Director to join our Property Finance team at Leumi UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating new business and managing a portfolio of loans to achieve our performance and other targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Origination - Grow a portfolio of new clients and generate business from existing clients to achieve and exceed our goals.
  • Relationship Management - Manage a book of property loans, ensuring timely and accurate annual reviews and quarterly covenant monitoring.
  • Returns - Generate returns that provide a sensible risk-reward profile with a mix of income lines to deliver profits in line with our targets.
  • Brand Awareness - Promote the Leumi UK Property Finance brand through various channels, including attending industry-related events.
  • Risk Management - Demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of our credit policy, identifying and managing risks appropriately for new and existing loans.
  • Communication and Presentation - Interact with customers, colleagues, and professionals using various communication and presentation methods.
  • Negotiation - Apply negotiation skills to origination and relationship management, influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Management - Potentially have line management responsibilities for junior team members, helping to develop their skills and talent.
Requirements
  • University degree and/or relevant professional qualifications or experience gained from working in the real estate finance market.
  • Proven experience in the real estate finance market, ideally with a track record of originating and negotiating loan terms.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of the UK real estate market.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact and influence Executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and motivating staff members.
  • Proven experience of working as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable track record of being a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude.
