Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Sales Professional to join our team in the fashion and textiles industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a flair for sales. As a Luxury Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing best solutions available to showroom customers and students, working closely with the other showroom team members, and assisting with events, promotions, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on our products
  • Work collaboratively with the showroom team to achieve sales targets and support the execution of company strategies
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution, including displays and promotions
  • Contribute to marketing activities, including student and customer-related marketing and sales initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and effective communication with the team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
