About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at Linda Farrow.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain a tidy and well-presented store, and work closely with the management team to resolve any client issues.
About You
- Excellent selling skills and a strong ability to build relationships with customers
- Target driven and commercially aware
- Immaculately presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Highly commercial and able to drive sales growth
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and trends
- Work closely with the management team to resolve any client issues and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with visual merchandising and stock processes
- Be an ambassador for Linda Farrow and promote the brand in a positive and professional manner
Requirements
- Flexible and available to work retail hours
- Experience working in a high-end luxury environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
