About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at Linda Farrow.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain a tidy and well-presented store, and work closely with the management team to resolve any client issues.

About You

  • Excellent selling skills and a strong ability to build relationships with customers
  • Target driven and commercially aware
  • Immaculately presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Highly commercial and able to drive sales growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and trends
  • Work closely with the management team to resolve any client issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with visual merchandising and stock processes
  • Be an ambassador for Linda Farrow and promote the brand in a positive and professional manner

Requirements

  • Flexible and available to work retail hours
  • Experience working in a high-end luxury environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
