About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, customers, and the market
  • Review and optimize our supply chain with contractors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes and respond to queries
  • Represent our company at exhibitions and events to gain industry knowledge and promote our products
  • Manage and improve lead generation
  • Ensure quotations are within our company's capabilities, working closely with technical, financial, and production teams
  • Review and suggest improvements to our product offering
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous sales or account management experience
  • Construction or manufacturing background is an advantage
