Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic Sales team as a Sales Development Representative. This role will primarily focus on leveraging our marketing tools to secure qualified sales appointments for our broader Sales team. While experience in IT channel sales is not mandatory, we welcome candidates with sales backgrounds from other sectors who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients, generating new leads through research, cold calling, and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn to establish new connections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to outbound calls and sales activities.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies using available organizational tools to enhance lead generation and engagement.
  • Participate in seminars, technology events, and networking opportunities to deepen industry knowledge.
  • Accurately maintain and update lead information in CRM and other relevant systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and email communication.
  • Comfortable with both cold and warm calling to new and existing accounts.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong prospecting abilities utilizing various platforms and methodologies.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Able to thrive under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position is competitive, with potential earnings up to £35,000 per annum, commensurate with relevant experience. Additionally, we offer an attractive commission structure.
